Continuing education (CE) is extremely important for the professional growth and development of every dentist and the oral health care team. CE is also mandatory for clinicians to keep their license in good standing with local agencies and state regulatory boards. We attend A LOT of continuing education - but not in the way most folks think. Because of our position in the dental field as Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), we are usually the ones teaching the continuing education rather than taking notes in the audience.
